The Bauer X Hockey Skate is built for new and recreational players who want a comfortable, supportive boot that makes skating easier and more enjoyable. Inspired by Bauer’s Vapor design, it features a Digi-Comp quarter package that provides lightweight flexibility, allowing developing skaters to build stride strength and confidence without feeling restricted. The softer boot construction keeps more of the steel in contact with the ice, helping improve stability, balance, and control.

Inside the skate, memory foam ankle padding wraps the foot for a secure, comfortable fit, while the sublimated microfiber liner manages moisture to keep feet dry throughout sessions. A traditional felt tongue with a mesh insert adds cushioning against lace bite while still allowing natural forward flex for better stride mechanics.

The Bauer X Skate comes with the LS Pro II holder and stainless steel runner combination, delivering consistent glide and edge retention for casual games, public skating, or learn-to-play programs. Fully heat moldable, it can be customized for a better fit and reduced break-in time.
