Shipping policy

At True North Sports, we aim to provide reliable and affordable shipping across Canada.

• Free Shipping: Purchase 5 or more items (excluding hockey sticks) and receive free standard shipping on those items.
• Hockey Stick Shipping: Hockey sticks ship separately with a flat shipping rate of $29.99 per order.
• Other Items Shipping: Orders with fewer than 5 non-stick items incur a shipping fee base don order value

All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way. We partner with nationwide carriers including Purolator, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Please note that shipping charges for hockey sticks are separate and not eligible for free shipping offers.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external events.
