Return Policy
At True North Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the original, unopened packaging
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please note:
- Hockey sticks cannot be returned if used.
- Any broken or defective sticks are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact us directly for warranty claims.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at sales@truenorthsports.ca with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with:
- A return shipping label
- Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package
Important: Returns sent without prior approval or without using the provided shipping label will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at sales@truenorthsports.ca. We’ll evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used hockey sticks
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items or gift cards
If you’re unsure about your product, please reach out before purchasing or initiating a return.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
